

Why do I feel so sad without any reason?
Sometimes we feel sad about things it's natural. But sometimes we are sad but we really don't know why we are sad.
Answer is :
High levels of stress hormones cortisol in the brain is the reason behind your sadness.
How to decrease stress hormones cortisol ?
Reduce stress hormones cortisol through positive
thinking.
Means think positive and be happy.
Every thought releases some type of chemical.
When positive thoughts are generated in the mind, stress hormone cortisol decreases and the brain produces happy hormone serotonin, which creates a feeling of happiness.
When negative thoughts are generated in the mind, happy hormone serotonin decreases and the brain produces stress hormone cortisol, which creates a feeling of sadness.
A man is but the product of his own thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.
